Nightly rates depend on the time of the year and are subject to change according to demand. However, our average nightly rates are typically between $150 to $325 (except for holidays). We will honor the rates listed in the cabin's VRBO calendar.
All bookings are subject to a state sales tax (4%), local sales tax (3%), county lodging tax (6%), and a county hotel tax ($5 per night).
There is a $200 cleaning fee and a $60.00 rental insurance fee per booking.
